Warranty
We will only honour a warranty claim under the following conditions:
- A copy of invoice must be accompanied with a claim.
- Serial number of the system should be submitted (full system)
- Claim must be filed within 12 month of purchase, regardless of usage
- Your first contact of a claim must be the original supplier.
- Warranty is not transferable from the original owner.
- Warranty does not cover physical damage, arose from incorrect wiring, faulty installation, frost damage, water ingression etc.
Technical support
Customers are urged to contact the original supplier for support. It is only appropriate the vendor who benefited from the sale looks after their own customer. This promotes long term customer loyalty for those suppliers that contributed most.
If purchase is purchased from this site, you will automatically receive 12 months of free support from us. Contacting us directly.
Technical support does not apply to:
- Pre-owned systems
- Systems older than 2 years
- Systems contain third party components
- Systems are not purchased from Aquamist directly
- Installation related issues

Returns Policy
You may not return any item without a written consent of your original supplier.
Product specifications and descriptions
Aquamist reserves the right to change the design specifications of all product on site without any notification.
